SUMMARY
Cabinet considered a report on the outcomes from the Statutory Period of Representations on the proposal to extend the age range of Buntingsdale Infant School to cover the whole primary school age range (3-11). The report also set out the statement of case and information for decision makers.

Recommendations:
That Cabinet:
(1) note the recommendation of the Corporate Director - People's Services that Cabinet should determine to extend the age range of Buntingsdale Infant School to cover the whole primary school age range;
(2) approve the proposal to extend the age range of Buntingsdale Infant School;
(3) ask the Corporate Director – People’s Services to review the catchment area arrangements for Buntingsdale Primary School, with a view to creating a combined catchment area for Buntingsdale and Stoke on Tern primary schools.
