The two Primary Care Trusts, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust and the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust are working together to develop an over-arching strategy for health services across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.Representatives of the Telford & Wrekin Primary Care Trust and the Shropshire County Primary Care Trust will give presentations on the six Care Pathways:1.15pm - Planned Care (Claire Old) 2.00pm - Maternity and New Born (Andrew Tapp) 2.30pm - Unscheduled Care (Simon Kenton) 3.00pm - Break 3.30pm - Children’s Health (Richard Brough) 4.00pm - End of Life Care (Wendy-Jane Walton) 4.30pm - Long Term Conditions (Jane Povey)
