5. (a) Feedback from the Local Joint Committee held on 12 July 2010. A copy of the Comments, Questions and Suggestions made at the meeting together with a note of the action taken or answer is attached.
(b) Alice Dilly (Principal Engineer) and Brian Bennett (Highways Manager South East) to attend and give a further update in rspect of the highways issues referred to at (a) above.

11. To note that Shropshire Playing Fields Association are currently promoting the following projects
(a) In association with the National Playing Fields Association we are part of the Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge, an exciting initiative for local communities to be part of the celebrations to mark The Queens Diamond Jubilee Celebrations in 2012.(b) A local £1,000 loan scheme we currently operate for local sports clubs.
