Join us on this course to learn the art of making cheese and butter at home from whole milk. We will explain and demonstrate how cream is separated and you will be able to turn some cream into butter yourself. You will learn how to make a hard Cheshire type cheese in the traditional farmhouse manner. We will make a soft curd cheese and add flavours to enhance it. You will take some samples home so please bring a cool box. We will also provide you with a recipe leaflet for you to take home to practice your new found dairying skills.
