When you are looking after someone you may not be aware that local help and support is available to you and it is often difficult for you to know where to look for that help.

The Carers Support Helpline run by the Community Council of Shropshire seeks to actively help you to find the support and help that you need as a carer and to connect you to existing groups and agencies.

The Helpline number is 01743 341995 and is available during office hours for carers who need to talk to someone about their needs or problems.
