About the project

The Leys at Bishops Castle will provide nine serviced plots for custom-build homes. This is a great opportunity to build a home to suit you in a delightful market town.

Czero Home is providing a range of house designs which will already have planning consent, but it will be possible to take these designs, alter them inside and out, or follow the design code to create the bespoke home to suit you. There will be bungalows, and three, four and five bedroom homes. The homes will all be designed to be built to very high sustainability standards.

Custom-build is very much more than just being sold a bit of land and some house plans and being left to get on with it. Whilst that might suit the dedicated self-builder, custom-build brings the opportunity to have a bespoke home to anyone. The access road will be built, all services brought into the plot, and then once the house design is finalised Czero Home will have it built for you to your specification.

Bishops Castle is a popular and vibrant market town with a fantastic mix of independent shops, restaurants, museums, cafes, pubs and micro-breweries on the doorstep, all surrounding by the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Czero Homes are currently working on finalising the planning consent, getting permission for the specific house designs and the design code. Customers who commit early will be able to participate in this design process and have a detailed planning consent as soon as they purchase their plot. The site layout is indicative but may be subject to minor change.
