What we hold at Shropshire Archives
Shropshire Archives holds material to help you study virtually any aspect of Shropshire's past. From prehistoric archaeology and geology through to modern times, we have information to help you discover Shropshire's rich heritage.
We hold original archive sources including documents, maps, newspapers and photographs, as well as the county's largest collection of books, pamphlets and periodicals relating to Shropshire and the Borough of Telford and Wrekin.

We publish guides which provide useful information about the different types of records available and how they can help with your research. Online and CD ROM Sources
