Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) & Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for Non-domestic & Commercial Buildings

SBEM calculations and EPCs for non-domestic and commercial buildings in accordance with the Building Regulations L2A (New buildings) and L2B (existing buildings).

As from October 1st 2008 all buildings that are not dwellings require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) produced by qualified and/or accredited energy assessors.
