We are very pleased to introduce Shropshire Council’s Transitional Corporate Plan 2010-2013.
The plan closely reflects the Community Strategy for Shropshire (2010-2020) and is structured around the three key aims of: growth and enterprise; people and communities; and climate change and the built and natural environment.
It is seen as a transitional plan, designed to give us flexibility during a time of national political uncertainty, and will allow us the time to reshape our priorities to fit the local and national context.
We are developing our understanding of what people want in their local areas even further, and will use this more detailed information to do more to tailor our services to meet people’s needs.
