Activity reports
Reports are produced which provide statistical information relating to Multi-Agency Team (MAT) activity in Shropshire.
This will include for example, how many CAF's (Common Assessment Framework) have been completed, how many initial and review Team Around the Child (TAC) meeting have been held and the number of indicators placed on the Child Index.
This information is distributed to a wide range of agencies in Shropshire.
Evaluation
Shropshire Council celebrates the publication of an independent evaluation report entitled: "What really matters in Integrated Working". This is a qualitative evaluation of the Team Around the Child process and the role of the Lead Professional. The report was commissioned by Shropshire Council in partnership with the Borough of Telford and Wrekin.
This report highlights the significance of the TAC process, the role of the Lead Professional and the huge impact it has had for our families, children and young people.
The report also shows that the role of the lead professional was highly regarded. It was the lever for change and enabled the child/young person to achieve the Every Child Matters priority outcomes.
