If you are unhappy living with your foster carers, or in the residential home you are staying in, then you need to speak to somebody.
You can either speak to your carers directly or to your social worker.
If you do not feel comfortable speaking to them then you can contact the Children's Advocacy and Representation Service at the NSPCC. They will be able to give you advice and support privately. Nobody will be told what you say without your permission or unless you or someone else is being harmed or is at risk of being harmed.
If you want changes to be made they will need to contact your social worker at some point and explain to them how you are feeling.
