Children and young people have told the government that five outcomes are key to well-being in childhood and later life. The five outcomes are universal ambitions for every child and young person, whatever their background or circumstances.

Shropshire Children's Trust works to support children and young people in achieving these five 'Every Child Matters' outcomes, as follows:

• Stay safe
• Enjoy and achieve
• Make a positive contribution
• Achieve economic well-being
