If you can read this website or any Shropshire County Council publication, but know someone who can't, please contact us and we will provide the information in a more suitable format, such as large print, Braille or audio, or translated into another language.

VISS - Visual Interpreting and Communication Service in Shropshire
Acts as an agency for interpreters. Can respond to urgent requests but two weeks notice preferred. Interpreters - BSL and SSE (sign supported English), lip speakers, deaf-blind manual interpreters, document sign language translation on to video, note takers, same language interpreters (community languages).

The national telephone relay service which enables deaf, deafblind, deafened, hard of hearing and speech-impaired people to communicate with hearing people anywhere in the world.
