Community Services involves protecting and enabling the most vulnerable adults in our society (social care) including services for older people, disabled people, mental health services and alcohol and substance misuse.

The Commission for Social Care Inspection has awarded Shropshire County Council with 3 stars for providing excellent Social Care Services to its residents. To find out more follow the link to Social Care Performance

The directorate also provides community services including arts, countryside, adult education, libraries and museums that contribute to the quality of life and general well being of residents in Shropshire.
