Previous surveys

We carry out regular postal surveys to find out what consumers and traders think about the services we provide. We use the results to help us improve our services.

We last carried out a postal survey during the period December 2007 to January 2008. In the publications section of this page there are links to the survey results. To view the surveys, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to download from the Adobe website.
