As part of our continuing effort to improve and maintain the service we offer, County Training collect and analyse feedback from a variety of sources, including:

  • written questionnaires
  • focus groups
  • employer liaison groups
  • suggestion boxes and general comments
  • listening to our staff

We surveyed learners engaged on a range of different programmes across our learning centres to evaluate what impact our service has on our learners' quality of life. Each learner was asked to confidentially complete an anonymous questionnaire and the subsequent response represented 20% of all learners engaged on a programme of learning with County Training.

The results are:

  • made you feel more part of the community? 94.1% said Yes
  • increased your sense of physical well-being? 94.2% said Yes
  • increased your sense of mental well-being? 93.7% said Yes
  • enhanced your Employment Prospects? 91.6% said Yes
