Target audience

New and experienced leaders and managers.

Course content

Half-day sessions each half-term to ensure that deputy headteachers and assistant headteachers are kept up-to-date with current educational issues and the national strategies.

Intended outcomes

• To improve the knowledge, understanding and competencies of senior leaders and managers
• To assist with the development of self-evaluation, monitoring and quality assurance
• To support the implementation of the national strategies.
