Experienced teachers, new and experienced leaders and managers.

Course content

The course will provide the opportunity for new and experienced induction tutors to explore induction requirements and practice so as to secure the highest quality induction experience for NQTs appointed to their schools.

Intended outcomes

The course will help induction tutors to:

• keep up-to-date with national and local information relating to induction
• establish statutory induction procedures
• reflect on practices in school
• focus on specific aspects of induction
• network with other colleagues performing the same role.
