Course content

The course will explore further developments to the Key Stage 3 curriculum and set them in the context of building continuity into Key Stage 4 and linking to the GCSE requirements.

Intended outcomes

Participants will:
- have an understanding of further improvements to be made to the Key Stage 3 history curriculum
- achieve clearer curriculum continuity from 11-16 in history leading to improved results
- have an increased awareness of the possibilities of curriculum development across the secondary years.
