Welcome!
This is Issue 5 of the electronic newsletter from the Education Advisory Service designed to brief CPD co-ordinators and staff in schools on local, regional and national developments in CPD. In this issue we focus on the government initiative to make teaching a Masters degree profession, share with you the local authority strategy for developing future headteachers, and continue to support schools on how to take on the performance development of their whole school workforce. We also pick up on a range of other developments together with some reminders of ongoing opportunities that you may have missed from earlier issues but which are still available to you and your staff.
Please don’t hesitate to contact either of us with any comments on the newsletter or ideas for future issues.
