Community and visitor information is provided on a wide variety of subjects including what's on in and around Market Drayton, local college prospectus, where to stay and local attractions. The Shropshire Customer First Point acts as a ticket agency for Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall, Stoke on Trent
New Vic, Newcastle under Lyme
Crewe Lyceum
The Grand, Wolverhampton
Oakengates Theatre, Telford.

Details of local clubs and societies are collected and maintained.

Staff can help with queries relating to the Town, District and County Councils and their services, and also operate a local branch of Just Credit Union whose headquarters is based at Shirehall in Shrewsbury. A confidential 'hate crime' reporting service is provided at the centre.

A small room for one to one meetings is available for local organisations and groups.
A representative from the Pensions Service is available to answer questions and give advice once a month on the second Wednesday of the month from 10.00am to 12.00 noon.

The Shropshire Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Service operates from the Customer First Point office.
Monday 10.00am to 1.30pm Wednesday 12.30pm to 3.30pm Friday 12.30pm to 3.30pm

Temporary National Bus Passes and Blue Badges can be issued and RADAR keys can be collected for access to disabled toilets.

There is a fax, photocopy service available together with a free internet service.
