The Shropshire Customer First Point provides information and services for Shropshire County Council, Bridgnorth District Council and Shifnal Town Council, together with community information and services.

A representative from Bridgnorth District Council Benefits Department attends every Wednesday afternoon from 3.00pm to 5.00pm and a representative from The Pension Service attends on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday morning of the month from 10.00am to 12.00 noon.
