The Customer Service Centre is made up of a dedicated team of advisors based in Shrewsbury. We deal with telephone and email enquiries on council services.
We aim to deal with all enquiries at first point of contact by providing or sending out information and completing forms on your behalf. Or alternatively referring you to the appropriate service area or organisation to help with your enquiry.
