The Customer Service Point provides information on Shropshire Council and access to their services, together with a wide range of community information.
Services currently provided include:
- Issuing Blue Badges and concessionary travel passes and tokens
- Displays and information on local groups and topical issues
- Drop-in sessions on local policing, alcohol counselling and other topics
Recent customers have sought information on planning, housing, evening classes and vocational training, details of council meetings, benefits, Rights of Way, local groups and leisure activities, consumer goods and services and many other issues.
