What is a Telly Talk site?

Using a television web link, Telly Talk allows you to talk face-to-face with an advisor from Shropshire Council, or from other organisations, including Citizens Advice Bureau, nextstep and Tax Aid.

All you have to do is touch a button on a TV screen and the adviser does the rest.
