Customer Service performance summary 2012

We are committed to helping people do business with us as easily and conveniently as possible and continually monitor our performance to ensure a high level of service is maintained.

The slight decrease in the percentage of answered calls in July and August is due to some turn over in staffing. We are currently recruiting to fill these vacancies and hope to have them filled and the advisers trained by the end of October which will fundamentally improve performance.
