From the 14th September 2012 the customer service desk will close.

Access to Castle View will be by appointment only.

If you have a general enquiry or would like to drop in the service is now available at My Community Hub in Oswestry Library.

Oswestry Community Hub

Following a variety of public and staff consultations, the first community hub will open this week. The existing Customer Service Team in Oswestry Castle View building are moving into Shropshire’s first ‘my community hub’, which is within Oswestry Library. (The library is next door to Castle View). The team will continue to offer the range of services as well as the additional opportunity to contact local partners and organisations from this new location.

To make these adjustments the Customer Service Desk will close at 5pm on Wed 12th Sept and will reopen in the hub on Fri 14th Sept at 9 am. Customers are asked to contact the CSC with any urgent enquires during this time.

Pre booked appointments

From Thursday 13th Sept Castle View itself will be used for pre booked appointments, deliveries and meetings with services such as registrars, planning and housing, the site will not have a reception or greeter service so access to The Castle View building will be via an intercom system.
