The Shropshire Customer Service Point in Broseley provides council, local and community information and services to residents and visitors.

Monday 2pm - 5pm.
Thursday 9.30am - 5pm.
Friday 3pm - 5pm.

The customer service point provides information on Shropshire Council services, together with a wide range of community information.

Services available

• Payments for all Council Services.
• Blue Badge issuing and applications.
• Issuing RADAR Keys.
• Applying for Concessionary Travel
• Make bookings for Registrar appointments.
• Report Missed waste collections.
• Report Highways issue and faults.

We host surgeries and advice sessions from other services. Most are conducted on a drop-in basis in a private interview room:
