The Shropshire Customer Service point offers a range of services.
Information is available regarding both Council and public services.
Help with on-line reporting and form-filling is readily available.
All bus-pass and Concessionary Travel applications, and the issuing of Blue Badges, are carried out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Radar keys for disabled access to public lavatories can be obtained here.
Information leaflets on a wide range of topics are freely available and displays give details of events in and around the area.
A photocopying service is available and there is a fax-machine for use - both chargeable.
Community information relating to clubs, societies, organisations and help groups, and visitor information is also available.
