Shropshire Council is making it easy for you to access services locally, quickly and easily - in person, electronically or by phone.
You are able to access or find out more about a wide range of council services through a network of staffed Customer Service points, Telly Talk sites and Broadplaces or by calling our Customer Service Centre.
Customer service points
There are 17 customer service points across the county.
Each point is staffed by customer service advisers, and will provide easy access to a wide range of council services and information. Plus information and advice about other local services.
Each point also offers free internet access, allowing you to access council services online.
Telly Talk
There are 10 Telly Talk points around the county. Telly Talk allows you to talk face-to-face with an adviser from the council’s Customer Service Centre, or other organisations such as Age Concern and housing associations, via a television link.
It can be used for services such as apply for a Concessionary Travel Passes and Blue Disabled Parking Badge. All you have to do is touch a button on a TV screen and the adviser does the rest.
Shropshire Broadplaces
Broadplaces offer access to computers and the internet, letting you access council services online.
