Don’t lose your right to vote!

Once you receive an annual canvass form for your property, check to see whether all the information is still correct or whether there are any changes required.

Changes

If any changes are needed, please complete and return the form to the Elections Office at Shropshire Council in the enclosed pre-paid envelope. Please remember to sign and date the form before you send it back to us for processing.

No changes

If there are no changes required, you can return it in person or by post, or else you can use your unique security codes printed on the form to register either via the internet, the telephone, or via text message.

• Internet: Visit the register by internet website via the link on this page.
• Telephone: Dial 0800 197 6176 and enter Parts 1 and 2 of your unique security code when prompted.
• Text message: Send 6176 followed by your unique security code (Parts 1 and 2) to 80212.
• On the form:If you prefer not to register by internet, telephone or text, you can simply sign and return the form to the Shirehall in Shrewsbury.
