Short Breaks 'All In' activity programmes

All In Activities

What is 'All In'?

The 'All In' Short Breaks programme is about providing after-school, weekend and school holiday events and activities for children and young people living in Shropshire with a disability or additional need - children who have, or would experience, difficulty attending groups, clubs or facilities without support.

Will my child need an assessment?

Generally, an assessment will not be required to access services, but one may be required if your child’s needs are more complex, such that it's necessary to consult with other professionals involved in their care.

How do I register?

To confirm your child is eligible, please complete the registration form on this page, which asks for the nature of your child’s disability or additional needs and a description of the barriers they may have or would face in accessing mainstream services.

What's new?

The new Winter edition of the 'All In' Activity Programme is now available via the attachment on this page. It can also be found online in the Shropshire Family Information Directory (FIDy).

The Short Breaks Team are inviting feedback from people who have accessed any of the Short Break opportunities.

Please complete the online survey to tell us your thoughts on Short Breaks.

The survey should only take a few minutes of your time to complete and can be accessed by clicking on the links on this page.

For any more information, please contact us via the details on this page.
