We provide employment opportunities including work experience, training and a chance to develop social skills as well as job skills in a supported environment.
These services include two farms, three small scale industrial units, community venues and several other purpose built facilities. We support people in a wide range of activities which may include access to community recreational opportunities as well as art, crafts and music.
Our day services also have regular meetings between college staff and Day Service Managers which have resulted in a meaningful range of courses offered to our service users.

Enable
Enable is Shropshire Council's supported employment service for people with disabilities.
For someone with a learning disability wanting to go into work, Enable offers a wide range of individual support. This includes: helping a person to identify an appropriate and realistic career choice and develop the right skills to secure that job.
Once someone is in a job we can also provide a job coach to help them learn their new role.
