Something for everyone
The Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre offers a range of activities, past-times and opportunities to everyone and anyone. Over the winter we've made a range of improvements which mean this Spring there is even more in the Centre.
You could simply pop in for a cup of tea in the cafe, to buy a card from the Gift Shop, to take a wander round the Onny Meadows or to visit the latest exhibition in the Gallery.
Alternatively, you might want to take advantage of free internet access, or browse the contents of the Local History Centre, you could even pop in to borrow a book as we'll be the new home of Craven Arms library, part of the countywide service.
The brand new Secret Hills exhibition, (which will open to the public on Saturday 3 May), will tell some of the stories of the Shropshire Hills and feature a new and improved balloon ride: Great for families, educational visits or groups.
We will continue in our role as one of the national network of Visitor Information Centres - so we could give you ideas for days out and all sorts of information on the local area.
We also have a program of events and activities related to any or all of the things that we will do.
Follow the links to find out more about any of the above or contact us for further information.
