You can speak to a worker on your own.

It is a confidential service. They will not tell your parents/carers/teachers/friends about your drug/alcohol use unless you want them to.

You can talk to a worker on the phone or arrange to meet them at home, at school at a youth club - any safe place of your choice.

It doesn’t matter what drugs or alcohol you use, how much or how little, you will be treated with respect and listened to.

If the worker thinks you are in danger, they will talk to you about this. They may have to tell someone else in order to protect you.
