Storms

• Secure loose objects such as ladders, garden furniture or anything else that could be blown into windows and break them.
• Be aware that trees may fall down or branches break off.
• Stay indoors as much as possible.
• Do not drive unless your journey is absolutely necessary.
• Tune in to your local radio station for information on road closures, school closures etc.
• Check weather forecasts through the media or with the Met Office (link on this page).
