Utility failure

• Contact your utility supplier on the number you have on your emergency contact sheet.
• You may need to quote your account or customer reference number, or provide address and postcode, have this available.
• Your utility provider will advise you of the likely duration of the failure to allow you to make alternative arrangements if necessary.
• In extreme circumstances, you may be evacuated to a safer place. Prepare to turn off the electricity, gas and water supplies to your building. Collect your family emergency box and follow all the advice from the emergency services.
