Want to report an incident of harassment?
Shropshire Council promises to treat everyone fairly and equally. We will deal with any incident of harassment (on grounds of disability, age, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation) that takes place on Shropshire Council premises or involves a Shropshire Council employee.
If you have been involved in, or have witnessed, such an incident please let us know.
You can report an incident of harassment by:
- completing and submitting the online form
- printing and completing the PDF form attached to this page and posting it to us (see contact button for our address)
What happens next?
You do not have to include your personal details if you wish to remain anonymous, but please provide us with a means of contacting you so we can let you know how the matter has been dealt with.
Please note: Shropshire Council is not able to deal with incidents that do not involve council premises or staff. You will need to report these to West Mercia Police on 0300 333 3000, or if you wish to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
Data protection notice
The information that you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your complaints and will not be passed on to any third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so. The data may potentially be seen by the perpetrator and any persons involved in any disciplinary process which may arise. The data will be retained for a maximum of two years.
