Information sheets
In addition to the development trends report a series of information sheets are published by the Intelligence and Research team on an annual basis, which summarise the land use development in Shropshire. The information sheets provide data on outstanding planning permissions, allocations and completions and cover the following land use:
- retail
- employment
- housing

Figures shown on the information sheets may differ from those in the development trends report because they have been prepared at different times. The most recent information sheets will include additional or corrected information that has become available since the reports were produced.
Information sheets E22 and E23 refer to Class B land use, this is defined as a combination of the Class B1 (light industrial), Class B2 (general industrial) and Class B8 (storage and distribution) Use Class Orders.
Please note that many of the facts and figures available on these pages relate to the administrative area covered by Shropshire Council and therefore, exclude Telford and Wrekin. For information on Telford and Wrekin please select the link on this page.
