The adult and community enrolment form is attached to this page. Please download and complete a copy of the form and forward it to the Gateway centre with your payment details.

Bookings using MasterCard/Switch/Visa are accepted. Details supplied should include cardholder number, expiry date, name and initials on card, address, daytime telephone number and course number.

Changes or refund of fees
Course fees are based on a minimum number of participants and the offer of a place is subject to enough enrolments being received.

Fees will be refunded if course enrolments are not sufficient. Alternatively, the course may continue if a higher fee is agreed or the number of tuition hours is reduced. Cancellation of a place by a course member, either before a course starts or during the life of the course does not qualify for a refund. A partial refund may be considered if a medical certificate is produced.

Those in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Housing/Council Tax Benefit, Pensions Guarantee Credit, Working Tax Credit or a Long-term Incapacity Benefit may qualify for half fees provided evidence is produced at each enrolment. If you are keen to join a course but are disabled or have a learning disability, please feel free to bring a friend or carer along to assist free of charge.

We retain the right to change rooms and tutors and to cancel courses if appropriate.
