Gateway Galleries

Gateway Galleries host an ongoing programme of visual art and craft exhibitions at The Gateway.

Each month, exciting contemporary arts are featured in the 3 distinct display areas. Gallery Three is a separate gallery dedicated to showcasing the best of visual art from Shropshire and surrounding areas. It is managed by the Shrewsbury and District Arts Association Art Panel (SADAA)

Do you want to display your work at the Gateway?

Every year The Gateway attracts approximately 200,000 visitors, providing a wide audience for all the arts on display. The constantly changing programme ensures the visitor will always see something new and exciting.

The Gateway can hold exhibitions of paintings in Gallery Three, our coffee shop and the craft exhibitions area in the foyer.

The galleries are available to the public during the opening hours of the centre, which are Monday-Friday 9.00am - 9.30pm (weekends vary. Please contact the Gateway Reception for definite opening hours).
