Shropshire Council, Shropshire Fire & Rescue and the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) are conducting a survey to understand how local businesses feel about regulation, to determine the support businesses require and how best this support and advice can be delivered.

This work is being conducted as part of the launch of a Better Business for All (BBfA) programme in Shropshire. BBfA brings together businesses and regulators to review and adapt local regulatory delivery. Whilst regulations cannot be changed, local delivery can. The aims of the BBfA programme are to provide advice and support to business, raise awareness of regulatory officers, ensure effective co-ordination across regulatory services, simplify the local regulatory system and processes, and establish partnerships between regulatory services and local businesses.

To contribute to this consultation, please click on the 'How to get involved' tab.

The survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete, and the information you provide will be used to help shape the way regulation is delivered locally. Your answers will be kept confidential. Shropshire Council will hold the data you provide in line with data protection regulations. However, anonymised information will be shared with partner agencies involved in the BBfA programme in the local authority area of Shropshire and may be published.
