The course will explore current gifted and talented issues and provide a context for the evaluation of gifted and talented.

Intended outcomes

Participants will:

• be aware of the current definitions and expectations of schools
• review the 'Quality standards for gifted and talented'
• review a possible agenda for supporting whole school self-evaluation and gifted and talented will be reviewed.
