From April 2009 all existing Council Housing services throughout Shropshire will be coming together to form a new Housing Authority.

The new Housing Landlord will be part of the Community Services Directorate and comprise of several distinct but interrelated services:

• Commissioning and Partnership (Supporting People)
• Housing Options
• Landlord Services
• Private Sector Housing

Housing Strategy

The Shropshire Council Housing Strategy is now available for consultation. The strategy will be a working document with an action plan which will be updated regularly to reflect the progress of how we are delivering our Housing priorities.
