Alternatively pay your Council Rent using one of the following methods:
By direct debit

Setting up a direct debit to pay your rent is simple. Call Housing Finance on 01743 255809 to request a form.
You will be notified of the amounts to be debited at least 14 days before the first payment date. If you have any queries about the direct debit scheme, please telephone 01743 255809.
By debit or credit card
Phone the Landlord Services on 0345 678 9009 to pay by debit or credit card.
Please note that a 1.3% transaction charge will be applied to credit card payments. No charge will apply to debit card payments.
Post Office/Paypoint
If you would like to make the payment at your local Post Office or PayPoint and do not have a Shropshire Council Payment card please request a new payment card by completing the Housing – repayment card request online form on this page.
