Paying your rent on line

To pay your Council Rent online, follow the link on this page to complete the Pay Your Rent Online form.

Alternatively pay your Council Rent using one of the following methods:

By direct debit

If you live in Bridgnorth it is possible to pay your Council Rent by direct debit. Phone Landlord Services on 01746 713208 to request a form.

If you live in Oswestry it is not currently possible to pay your Council Rent by direct debit. This payment option will become available later in 2010.

By debit or credit card

Phone the Landlord Services on 0345 678 9009 to pay by debit or credit card.

Post Office/Paypoint

If you would like to make the payment at your local Post Office or PayPoint and do not have a Shropshire Council Payment card please request a new payment card by completing the Housing – repayment card request online form on this page.

If I need any help in making my payments, who do I contact?

You can contact a member of the Rent Team and, if required, one of our Officers will happily come and see you to explain what you need to do.
