Shropshire Council owns the stock and is the new Housing Landlord of over 4,000 properties in Bridgnorth and Oswestry.
Shropshire Council Landlord Service includes the existing services previously delivered by Bridgnorth District and Oswestry Borough Councils and will oversee the management off all Council tenants homes and services including:
- how to register a home
- ways to pay your rent
- how to report a repair
- tenancy/estate management
- tenant and resident involvement
- supported housing and floating support
- equalities and diversity
- anti-social behaviour
- tenants contents insurance scheme
We aim to ensure that a high quality housing service is provided to all our tenants.
