The Housing Options service is responsible for the prevention and handling of homelessness. The Housing Options service also offers housing advice and is responsible for the allocation of social housing across Shropshire.

Shropshire Council work in partnership with support agencies and housing providers to give advice and assistance to help people explore their housing options and to help people who face losing their home.
