
Shropshire Council in conjunction with the National Landlords Association, run three meetings per year in the Council Chamber, Shirehall, Shrewsbury, where Guest Speakers are invited to talk on current issues.
This is an ideal opportunity for Private Sector Landlords to build useful relationships with Local Authority Officers and other housing professionals, keeping up-to-date with legislation, NLA news and network with other like-minded Landlords.
It is not a requirement to be a member of the NLA to attend.
Topics recently covered included tenant rent help,fuel efficiency, tenancy agreements, Local Housing Allowance, Invisible ink-security marking, condensation problems, legislation, etc.
