In July 2000 the Government established the decent home target to ensure that all social housing meets standards of decency by 2010. A decent home is one which is wind and weather tight, warm and has modern facilities.

If you are a tenant in Shropshire living in housing which is owned by a housing association (Registered Social Landlord) and require a repair or improvement to your property, you will need to contact your social landlord.
