Application to place builders' skips on the highway
If you would like to place a builder's skip (or a number of skips) on the highway, you will need to apply for permission.
You can apply, by:
- printing and completing the application form attached to this page and posting it to the relevant Divisional Office (contact addresses are provided on the form).
Please note, there is a £35 charge for your application.

Before submitting your application, please check with your district / borough council's planning department as to whether or not planning permission is required for the work.
