Apply for a permit to place a builder's skip on the highway

If you would like to place a builder's skip (or a number of skips) on the highway, you will need to apply for permission.

Note: Applications will only be accepted from Builders or Skip Companies.
Applications from individual members of the public cannot be accepted.

You can apply, by:

• printing and completing the application form attached to this page and posting it to the relevant Divisional Office (contact addresses are provided on the form).

Please note, there is a £50 charge for your application.

Before submitting your application, please check with our Planning Department as to whether or not planning permission is required for the work.
